Part 2 "Sheds V The independents"

🔧 Supply + Install — Why Keeping It Together Matters

Most homeowners assume “supply” and “installation” are two separate things. They’re not. They’re one job — and when they’re split, that’s when problems start.

With the sheds, the supply is one company, the installation is another, and the responsibility is… nobody’s. That’s why you hear stories of:

  • Wrong parts arriving

  • Missing items

  • Mis‑measures

  • Fitters turning up with incomplete information

  • Delays caused by poor communication

  • And everyone blaming someone else

When supply and installation are separated, the customer becomes the middleman — the one stuck chasing answers.

With an independent supplier–installer, the person who supplies the kitchen is the same person who installs it. That means:

  • The plan is accurate

  • The measurements are correct

  • The parts are right

  • The installation is done properly

  • And the responsibility is clear

It’s one job, done by one accountable team — and that’s why the finished result is consistently better.

Homeowners are realising that the sheds rely on volume. Independents rely on reputation. And reputation produces better kitchens.
